- SAUCE: Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 4 tbsp sriracha. Incorporate the chicken from the pan and mix well. Add the 1 tbsp honey.
- BUNS: Divide the dough into 16-20 small balls. Slightly flatten the dough ball in your hand, or it'll be too thick after frying. [[Leave the balls to expand for 5 minutes]]
